Abundance is your birthright; do you know that? Yes, you are entitled to have an abundant life just like everyone else who does. The problem is you don’t let yourself receive it. To receive abundance, you must still your mind and think and feel what it is like to have what you desire. You may not win the Lotto, but you will attract plenty of opportunities to lead you in the right direction to live the life you want.
This photo also reminds you that abundance does not only mean money. Look around you there is abundance everywhere. Just open your eyes.
What is an Abundant Life?
We all want to live a life full of joy, happiness, and contentment. But what exactly is an abundant life, and how do we get one? Is it about having a lot of money, possessions, or success in your career? Or is it about something more profound, more meaningful, and fulfilling?
An abundant life is a life that is characterised by abundance in all areas of life: physical, emotional, spiritual, and social. It is a life where you feel fulfilled, purposeful, and satisfied and have a sense of balance, harmony, and peace. For me, I have had times of absolute abundance, and times of none. I truly believe abundance comes to us when we are in the right frame of mind, and we have a positive energy. You know this yourself, when you wake up in a bad mood, from the moment you get out of bed everything goes wrong. Why? Because you are vibrating at a low frequency and attracting to you everything you don't want i.e. spilling the milk, the coffee machine not working etc.
Tip: Wake up and immediately smile and say thank you. Do not look at your phone; instead bathe in the fact that you are here again, and that's a gift from your Creator.
Physical Abundance
Physical abundance means having good health, vitality, energy, and well-being. It means taking care of your body through exercise, healthy eating, and restful sleep. It also means enjoying the simple pleasures of life, such as spending time in nature, engaging in hobbies, and travelling to new places. These are simple things we can all do like choosing a healthy snack over something that's not. Sitting down on the couch worrying instead of getting up and going for a walk.
Emotional Abundance
Emotional abundance means having positive emotions like joy, gratitude, love, and compassion. It also means managing negative emotions, such as fear, anger, and sadness, in a healthy way. It means having solid relationships with family, friends, and community and constructively expressing your feelings and needs. When we have high emotions such as joy, we cannot feel fear simultaneously. Fear is the lowest vibration on the scale and incorporates the following:
Hate
Envy
Jealously
Anger
Sadness
Worry
Boredom
Spiritual abundance means having a sense of purpose, meaning, and connection to something greater than yourself. It means having a belief system that gives you a sense of direction and guidance and helps you make sense of the world around you. It also means practising mindfulness, meditation, or other spiritual practices that help you cultivate inner peace, wisdom, and compassion.
Spiritual Abundance
Social abundance means having a sense of belonging, connection, and support from others. It means being part of a community that shares your values, interests, and goals and provides opportunities for personal growth and development. It also means giving back to others and making a positive difference in their lives. Spiritual abundance is basking in gratitude, knowing that all is well and you are where you are supposed to be on your journey.
How to Aquire Abundance
High Vibrations v Low Vibrations
No doubt you have read many articles on how being thankful can make you feel happier, it is also one of the most fundamental elements of manifesting. I prefer not to use the term "Law of Attraction" because it has been abused over many years by people out to make a quick buck. Although this article is based on these principles, I can assure you that they work as long as you are willing to put in the effort and make things happen.
In my personal experience, how you feel definitely can make or break your day! When you wake up in a grumpy mood, no doubt everything will seem to go wrong during the rest of the day. So those bad vibes somehow attract more bad vibes. On the other hand, if you wake up happy, grateful and feeling wonderful, the rest of the day will probably flow beautifully. That is, the law of attraction in a nutshell, we are all made of energy, and even though it is invisible, it is there! Just like the electricity you use in the home, you can't recognise it, but it is there!
When you are in a positive vibe you will be drawn to opportunities and people that will help you get to where you want to be in life. The trouble is, though, it is not always easy to be in a positive vibe. We all have relationship problems, money problems, career problems, health problems and the list goes on.
I have had all of the above problems and been in a place of despair many times, and I have always managed to climb out of that big black hole. I have always managed to be in a position to lift my vibe into a positive vibe. There appear to be many factors involved here and gratitude is one of them.
Taking time each day to practice the daily morning rituals to stay in a positive vibe such as meditating and journalling.
Basically, it is about being in the present moment, trusting and appreciating all is well. If you stay in the higher vibration of love i.e.
Gratitude
Unconditional love
Respect
Joy
Bliss
Generosity
Happiness
Courage
And you eliminate all negative emotions from your life, you will attract to yourself, the things that you most desire.
Affirmations
Affirmations are useful in helping us stay focused on what we want. I find that if your desires are there to help others as well as yourself, your affirmations will be stronger. Here is one of mine:
My online business helps others have an abundant, wealthy, happy life just like mine.
Notice how my affirmation is not all about me? Now when I repeat this affirmation in meditation, I enjoy the feeling of what it is like to help others get the life they want.
Finally
In summary, an abundant life is a life that is full of richness, joy, and fulfilment. It is a balanced, harmonious, and purposeful life that allows you to grow and develop as a person. It is not about having a lot of material possessions or success in your career but rather about having a deep sense of well-being and connection to yourself, others, and the world around you.
