Take Action For A Positive Life

Take Action For A Positive Life

Have you attended any motivational seminars? I can't tell you how many conferences I attended as the owner of a speaker agency for fifteen years. During that decade, these amazing folks taught me a lot, and I'm grateful for it.

Thousands of motivational speakers have reached their goals and become famous, wealthy, or just happy as a result of their efforts! People like Shilo Harris, who have endured incredible hardships that most of us could never understand, have motivated me.

When we hear about other people's hardships and accomplishments, we might all be inspired to make substantial changes in our own lives.

And that is exactly what we set out to do, with all good intentions.

But there's a roadblock.We don't do anything!

SELF BELIEF

Consider the following question. Do I truly believe I am capable of achieving this goal? Deep down do you think you can? Another question you can have is whether or not you deserve it. Your deep-seated belief system, is quite probably saying no.

What are your options for resolving this?

Experiment with meditation and affirmations, or look into hypnotherapy.

Many meditation programmes are available on Spotify if you have an account.

You can also go to YouTube and get a plethora of free meditations and hypnosis.

Another option is to walk outside and listen to the birds, the sea, the river, or anywhere you can find a peaceful spot.

LAZINESS

Taking action can be difficult at times. Getting up two hours earlier to exercise, read, write, or work on your business plan could be part of it. Early risers make up the majority of extremely successful people. It upsets me, for example, if I do not get out of bed before 5:30 a.m. My favourite time to get up is at 4:30 a.m. because:

  • I get moving, which helps me meet my daily goal of 10,000 steps.

  • I sit and watch the sunrise (if it is not raining).

  • The tranquilly is wonderful.

  • I am motivated rather than procrastinating.

  • Getting up early in the morning allows me to have more wonderful hours to appreciate in my life.

  • It's relaxing to listen to the birds sing to each other.

  • I continuously remind myself that I am having a rich life.

Commit to getting up one hour earlier each day and using that time to be creative, exercise, study, or focus on modest tasks that will help you get to where you want to go. I shot the photo above just outside my flat at roughly 5:00 a.m.; if I wasn't an early riser, I would have missed it.

I DON'T DESERVE

How many of us believe we don't deserve to succeed? This type of belief system is frequently the outcome of our upbringing. Perhaps you were bullied as a child; perhaps your parents separated and you blamed yourself; perhaps you were born into a low-income family, and so on. We often hinder our own success when we have deep-seated ideas like these.

There are many ways to help yourself heal, and I don't feel you need to spend money on counselling; for example, books like Wallace D. Wattles' "The Science of Getting Rich" have helped thousands of people shift their perspective. You can get a free copy by clicking here.

  • Repeat reading of The Science of Getting Rich until your subconscious accepts it as fact.

  • Be thankful for what you have.

BE THANKFUL

Gratitude is a great tool for manifesting. It can also help you get out of a poor attitude. Our vibration rises when we express thankfulness, which helps us feel better, and when we feel better, we have a more positive day. When you look back to a day when you awoke in a foul attitude, did the rest of your day reflect that? It very likely did. We are all formed of vibrational energy, and our mission as creators on Earth is to maintain a pleasant vibe.

You can be grateful for your health, friends, family, car, garden flowers, the air you breathe, your pet, rain, sun, and so on.

Instead of going for your phone when you wake up, think about how grateful you are to have another day to work towards your goals. Then, as soon as you get out of bed, compose a list of 20 things for which you are grateful.

Small adjustments like this can have a tremendous impact.
