T&H Afterlife: Interview Featuring Deb Carr & Other OBE Experiencers

I was recently featured in a documentary with other spiritual people on T&H Afterlife regarding out-of-body experiences and near-death.

Out of Body Experiences

An out of body experience (OBE) is a phenomenon in which a person feels as though they are detached from their physical body and are able to perceive the world from a different vantage point. These experiences can occur spontaneously or be induced through various practices such as meditation, lucid dreaming, or near-death experiences.

OBE Experiencers

During an OBE, individuals may report feeling a sense of floating or flying, seeing their physical body from an external perspective, or even traveling to different locations outside of their physical surroundings. Some people describe feeling a profound sense of peace, freedom, and interconnectedness during these experiences.

Research on out of body experiences is ongoing, with scientists exploring the neurological, psychological, and spiritual aspects of this phenomenon. While some skeptics attribute OBEs to hallucinations or altered states of consciousness, others believe that they provide valuable insights into the nature of consciousness and the mind-body relationship.

Overall, out of body experiences remain a fascinating and mysterious aspect of human consciousness, prompting further exploration and discussion in the fields of psychology, neuroscience, and spirituality.

UPDATE OCTOBER 2024

A few days after publishing this blog post, I had a profound out-of-body experience (OBE). As usual, it began with the familiar whirring sound that signals an OBE for me, and this time I slipped out quickly. Unlike before, I traveled straight through the ceiling and into the atmosphere.

I was enveloped in a pink and green light. My body felt as tangible as flesh and bone, yet it was light and free. I remember thinking, "Wow, I've really left my room!" But then, a thought crossed my mind: "I hope I'm not dead." The moment I had that thought, I gently floated back down, re-entering my body with the same whirring sound, feeling heavy and almost unable to move or speak.

I also recall seeing a breathtaking blossom tree, with exquisite pink flowers and striking bright blue blooms scattered among them.

I'm writing this just after it happened, still in awe of the incredible experience I had early this morning.
