Deb Carr has been writing about metaphysics and spirituality for over two decades, exploring topics such as energy healing, intuition, and the unseen realms. Her lifelong fascination with the mysteries of existence is rooted in personal supernatural experiences, including near-death encounters and profound spiritual awakenings.

Now working in connection with the Lyria Collective—a higher-dimensional group offering messages for the New Earth—Deb channels wisdom through her writing, handmade crystal jewellery, and frequency-based living. Her blog is a space of remembrance, resonance, and real-life spiritual integration, guiding others to trust their inner knowing and live with intention.

How You Can Bring More Light Into the World

(A Living Teaching from the Lyria Collective)

You Do Not Need to Be Perfect to Bring Light

Light is not something you have to earn. It is not something only saints or sages carry. It is the natural expression of your soul, already waiting within you.

You do not have to be perfect. You only have to be willing to open the door.

Five Gentle Ways to Bring More Light into the World

1. Be a Lantern, Not a Preacher

You don't need to convince, convert, or debate.Simply live your truth quietly. When you embody kindness, sovereignty, joy, and discernment, others feel it — even if they cannot name it.

Light spreads by example, not by argument.

2. Offer Overflow, Not Sacrifice

True giving flows from abundance, not from depletion.Give when your heart says yes. Rest when your spirit says pause. Light that burns steadily will illuminate far more than light that burns out.

3. Bless the Invisible Moments

  • Smile at the tired stranger.

  • Send silent prayers to the ambulance you hear pass by.

  • Thank the Earth when you eat or walk or breathe.

These tiny, invisible blessings weave threads of light through the unseen fabric of the world.

They matter more than you can imagine.

4. Choose Creation Over Criticism

Whenever you feel discouraged by the darkness —instead of battling it, create something beautiful:

  • Write a kind word.

  • Plant a seed.

  • Make something with your hands.

  • Speak hope into a room.

Creation is the rebellion of Light.

5. Anchor, Anchor, Anchor

In a swirling world, your greatest gift is to stay steady. Anchor yourself into your heart. Anchor yourself into love. Anchor yourself into joy — even small joy — even silly joy.

The more anchored you are,the more those adrift will find you —like a lighthouse on a foggy shore.

A Final Whisper

"You came not to fight darkness. You came to remember Light, and to remind others that they, too,a re made of it."
